Beth Krasna (1953) is chairwoman of the board of directors of Ethos Services since June 2018.
Beth Krasna holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ETH Zurich and a Master's degree in Management from Sloan School (MIT)in Cambridge, USA. She spent ten years in the field of venture capital, three years in consulting, then ten years in corporate restructuring as board member of Valtronic in Les Charbonnières (from 1992 to 1996) and Symalit in Lenzburg, before becoming CEO of Sécheron in Geneva from 1998 to 2000. From 2001 to 2003, she was CEO of Albert-Inc. in Lausanne. Since 2004, she has been an independent board member. She was a member of the Council of Federal Institutes of Technology (2003 to 2020) and of the boards of Coop (2005 to 2019), Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (2002 to 2014) and SBB (1999 to 2003).
Beth Krasna is currently vice-chairwoman of Symbiotics, a microfinance company, vice-chairwoman of the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies Foundation, chairwoman of the board of directors of XSensio and member of the council of the «Università della Svizzera italiana».

Philippe Doffey (1960) is a member of Ethos Services’ board since 2012 as a representative of Retraites Populaires (Lausanne) and vice-chairman of the board since 2017.
Philippe Doffey has a degree in business and administration of the University of Lausanne (HEC) and an MBA from Western Washington University in the United States. He joined Retraites Populaires in 1998 and held different executive positions, particularly as head of marketing and consulting, before being appointed CEO in 2013. Before joining Retraites Populaires, Philippe Doffey held various positions in project management, consulting and sales in the information technology industry. In 2016 he obtained the administrator certification of the Académie des Administrateurs (ACAD). Furthermore, he was chairman of Economie Région Lausanne from 2012 to 2016.
Philippe Doffey is director of the life insurance company Forces Vives SA and treasurer of the Toms Pauli Foundation. In 2018, he joined the board of the Genilem association and became its vice-chairman in 2020.

Dominique Becht (1969) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since June 2020. Previously, he was a member of Ethos’ foundation board as representative of the Abendrot foundation since 2019.
Dominique Becht received a PhD in economics from the University of Basel. Since 1993, he held different positions in the asset management area and was mainly head of portfolio management for institutional clients at UBS Global Asset Management in Singapour, as well as responsible for investment funds in Asia. Then he occupied the position of CIO Asia Equities at ADIA in Abu Dhabi until 2006.
Dominique Becht is head of the asset management department of the Abendrot foundation and independant entrepreneur in the food industry (Solomania GmbH). He is a member of the board of directors of the d'EBL Wind AG and, since June 2020, member of the board of Swiss Sustainable Finance.

Nicole Beiner (1964) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since June 2020.
Nicole Beiner holds a master’s degree in economics and finance and a PhD in economics. She’s currently co-director of the diploma of advanced studies in asset management at the University of Geneva. She is also Senior Advisor of the Training center for investment professionals (AZEK). Since twenty-five years, Nicole Beiner has been working in the area of risk management and risk controlling of financial institutions on behalf of several banks, securities traders and asset managers. She was in particular in charge of the risk analysis unit (Risk Manager) for the Lombard Odier group from 2004 to 2008.
Since 2017, Nicole Beiner is a member of the expert commission in wealth management and the expert commission financial market operations of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA). She is member of the board of directors of the Rentes Genevoises, chairwoman of the board of the Swiss securities firm Fidurhône SA and member of the board of directors of the company Suisse Estate Group (SEG).

Cornelia Diethelm (1972) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since 2019. She’s representative of the main shareholder Ethos Foundation since June 2020.
Cornelia Diethelm holds a Master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences and Economics as well as a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Digital Business and Corporate Communications Management. From 2007 to 2018, she worked for the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, first as head of Issue Management from 2010 to 2018, then as head of Sustainability and Issue Management for the Migros group. Previously, she held different positions in the communication and project management area, mainly as deputy general secretary for the construction, transportation and energy department for the canton of Bern, as well as consultant for Jäggi Communications (now known as Burson-Marsteller).
Cornelia Diethelm is owner and CEO of Shifting Society AG since 2018 and founder of the Centre for Digital Responsibility (CDR). She is also head of studies and lecturer at the Zurich School of Business Administration (Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich). Besides, she is co-owner of Datenschutzpartner AG and member of the jury of the «Umweltpreis der Wirtschaft».

René Sieber (1955) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since 2002.
René Sieber holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Geneva and was a visiting researcher in the Department of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA. For almost 25 years, René Sieber was Managing Director of Dynagest SA, an asset management company specialising in bond management and quantitative risk management, which he had co-founded in 1993. From 1987 to 1993 René Sieber was in charge of the macro-economic analysis and bond investment strategy at Unigestion SA. René Sieber was additionally head of the department for institutional accounts from 1990 to 1993.
From 2010 to 2017, René Sieber was chairman of Dynamic Asset Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A., a subsidiary of Dynagest SA. He was a lecturer in finance at the Faculty of Economics and Management (GSEM) of the University of Geneva from 1988 to 2016, an activity he resumed in September 2018 (as professor since February 2019). Since 1991, he also teaches at the Training Centre for Investment Professionals (AZEK). Furthermore, since 2016, he is member of the Strategic orientation council of the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) . Since the end of 2019 he is also a member of the boards of directors of the companies GMG Institutional Asset Management S.A. and GAMA Asset Management S.A. René Sieber chairs the jury of the GFSI Swiss Sustainable Funds Awards since November 2019.
